Woods Chapel Church is again partnering with the Long term Care Center at University Health Lakewood (formerly known as Truman Medical Center-Lakewood).

We supply gifts for the residents which are then distributed during the Care Center's December Christmas party.  Our goal is to ensure that every resident has a joyful holiday filled with love and support.

Please purchase all of the "must-have" items on the list and including any of the "extras" on the list is very much appreciated.

Please return your gifts to the church on or before Sunday, November 21, 2021.

• All gifts must be new

• Please DO NOT wrap the items

• Bring gifts in a large gift bag or the store bag

• Leave gifts at the HUB
