Calming the Anxious Brain

Please join Dr. Cheryl Mark of Connect Counseling & Neurofeedback, and Dr. Paul Carlisle of Hope Counseling, on Sunday, March 20 from 6:30 - 7:30 PM as they discuss anxiety.

Most of us experience anxiety at some point in our lives. Anxiety is the number 1 reason people of all ages sought professional counseling in the past couple of years.  And just as many are finding ways to manage their own anxiety. If you work full time and you are raising kids in a pandemic, the anxiety can be even more difficult to manage.

Come learn more about anxiety, the brain, symptoms, treatment, self-care, when to seek out a professional, and what to look for in a counselor.

This discussion will take place in the Worship Center.
