Mindfulness Series


Please join us on April 11, 18, and 25 from 6:00 - 7:30 PM for a three-part series on mindfulness presented by Gwynn Olson (LPC GC-C EODL).

Gwynn will be teaching about what mindfulness means, its benefits, difficulties people may find, and how to work through this; we will learn what, how, and where to use mindfulness. We will be doing different exercises/activities to practice using mindfulness and noticing the difference in how we feel when practicing vs. living our usual mindset. This will be very laid back. No one will be forced to participate or answer questions.
