Invite your neighbors and friends and come join us for our WCC Serve Saturday on September 11 from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM.  We will have several fun opportunities for people of all ages and skill levels.

Meet new people and try something different!  A few of your choices are: Hillcrest Thrift Store (sorting, tagging), Bare Necessities Hygiene Packing for the Pantry (preparing bags of toiletry items at the Mission Center), Rainbow Network/Nicaragua Project (making cards and friendship bracelets to go on cargo container to our partners in Nicaragua – make a matching one for yourself!), Make a t-shirt toy or blanket for fur babies at Wayside Waifs (can make them at the church or at home if you are looking for something to do on your own, making cards (and hopefully decorate yard signs with Project Happiness) for our neighbors at Truman Lakewood Long-term Care, packing and sorting food at Harvesters Food Pantry, and a fun Scavenger Hunt!
