Understanding what happens when a loved one is diagnosed with a serious life-altering or terminal illness causes stress and pressure on families at a time when every moment is precious.  But once you've outlined how you want to be cared for and just how much medical intervention is enough, it will relieve you and your loved ones of difficult decision-making when there really isn't curative treatment. Have that conversation before you can't. You are NEVER too young or old to provide these answers to the people who love you the most and who will be forced to make these decisions if you don't.

This program will also explore in some detail funeral planning and options that are available to families today.
