The Gut-Brain Connection: God has given us the food to feed our mind, body and soul

Come and learn from Functional Wellness Coach Courtney Krusemark* as she discusses how we can use Food as Medicine to support our overall brain function and mental health.

Relying heavily on the works of Dr. Mark Hyman, MD, and his book The UltraMind Solution, fix your broken brain by healing your body first.  This course will guide you through the basics of diet and lifestyle changes that can greatly impact your mental health and brain function.

This course is not just for those diagnosed with depression, anxiety, or other mental health ailments. Everyone can benefit from a tune-up in their gut in order to improve overall brain function.  Prevent brain fog, dementia, and Alzheimer's, decrease irritability, and improve overall energy levels.

Come and join us as we work towards greater health in the community of Woods Chapel Church.

This workshop consists of two dates, September 12th and 19th. Both sessions will be from 6:00-7:30 PM. If you can only make one of the dates, you are still welcome to attend.
