Care Team

The purpose of our Care Team is just as it sounds--to take care of the congregation and community. This includes everything from following up on prayer requests; praying with members of the congregation before surgery; visiting members who are home-bound, in hospitals, rehab units, and long-term care centers; providing meals after hospital discharge; and being there during hospice. Whatever the situation, our Care Team is there to walk alongside those in need.

 
 

  • Help visit our friends and family in the hospital and hospice.

  • Join the team to help orchestrate communion each month.

  • Help write personalized cards for our congregation and community. You can also help lift up the prayers of the congregation and community as well.

  • Help make people feel included, accepted, and loved at our recovery ministry gatherings on Tuesday evenings. You can sign up to serve HERE.
